1 Skein of Cotton yarn
#6 Knitting Needle
Cast on multiple of 8 + 1 + border (16+1+4=21):
Notes: SKP = Slip 1, Knit

K2Tog = Knit 2 stitches together

Moss Lace Dishcloth:
You would then
follow the above 10 rows for the pattern.
I would suggest casting on (24+1+8 = 33 stitches or 41 for a
larger cloth.
Work the 10 repeat rows
only substituting 4 stitches for each side of the border instead of 2 stitches
on each side. You can work this design
without the moss rows if you like by deleting rows 7-10 and adding a knit row
and a purl row and starting the lace portion again. It would give you a “V” lace cloth.
