Materials: 1 skein cotton yarn - #6 US Knitting Needle
Cast
on: Multiple 7 + 3 (14+3=17 + 4Border=21) Cast on 21
Note:
C4B: slip next 2 stitches on cable needle and hold at back of work. Knit next 2
stitches from left needle, then knit 2 stitches from cable needle.
Border:
Rows 1 & 2: Knit across.
Pattern:
Row 1: (RS)
B2, P3, *K4, P3; repeat from *, end B2.
Row 2: (WS)
B2, K1, YO, K2Tog, *P4, K1, YO, K2Tog; repeat from *, end B2.
Row 3: B2, P3, (YIB) *C4B, P3; repeat from * end
B2.
Row 4: B2, K1, YO, K2Tog, *P4, K1, YO, K2Tog;
repeat from *, end B2.
Row 5: B2, P3, *K4, P3; repeat from *, end K2.
Row 6: B2, K1, YO, K2Tog, *P4, K1, YO, K2Tog; repeat from *, end B2.
Repeat
above 6 rows till desired length. I
repeated the pattern 4 more times.
Border:
Rows 1 & 2: Knit across.
Bind
off and weave in ends.
