February 2019 Swatch - Early Spring

I worked on this one before things took a turn for the worse, weather wise so some of you will laugh at the idea of an early spring. It was meant to cheer you, to lift your spirits but I am afraid it will probably depress you.

February 2019 Swatch – Early Spring

Materials: I used Yellow yarn and a size or #7 US needle.

Notes:           B=Border (Knit 2)

Cast On:       25

Border:

Row 1-2:       Knit across.

Row 1:           (RS) Knit.

Row 2:           (WS) K2, P21, K2.

Row 3:           Knit

Row 4:           B2, P21, B2

Row 5:           Knit

Row 6:           B2, P21, B2.

Row 7:           B2, K9, P3, K9, B2.

Row 8:           B2, P7, K7, P7, B2.

Row 9:           B2, K6, P9, K6, B2.

Row 10:        B2, P5, K4, P1, K1, P1, K4, P5, B2.

Row 11:        B2, K4, P4, K2, P1, K2, P4, K4, B2.

Row 12:        B2, P4, K3, P3, K1, P3, K3, P4, B2.
